Rain on Thursday morning caused waterlogging and traffic snarls in many areas of the national capital.

A hole has been formed on the road from India Gate to Ashoka Road. The area has been cordoned off.

On Wednesday morning, heavy traffic jams and waterlogging was reported from several areas of the capital after rains lashed the capital for four hours.

Majority of the public faced a harrowing time in reaching their work places as all roads were waterlogged, which led to massive traffic gridlocks in Delhi.

Regular traffic updates were provided by the Delhi Traffic Police but there wasn’t a word of advice or help from Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal or Manish Sisodia.
