The government, as part of its efforts in promoting Kerala as the most vibrant, entrepreneurial State, and Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC), are organizing the summit.

As a prelude to the Summit, and to create awareness among college students about the opportunities awaiting for them as entrepreneurs, KSIDC has organized the road show which will visit 70 professional colleges across Kerala to promote the concept of the summit.

Actress Reema Kallingal, a young entrepreneur and one of the youth icons for the event, flagged-off the road show.

Young Entrepreneur Start up Program is a key initiative identified under the 'Mission 676' action plan of the government and KSIDC has taken the initiative to spearhead the program.

Infopark, KINFRA, TBI, Start Up Village, TIE and CII will be partners of the event.

YES is aimed at fostering the growth of entrepreneurship in young minds and at creating an enabling environment for start-ups. The event will showcase the existing facilities and support services available to prospective young entrepreneurs to realise their business dreams.

The summit will also highlight the combined initiatives of agencies like KSIDC, KFC, TBI, Technopark, Infopark, and KINFRA in creating a holistic ecosystem conducive for young entrepreneurs.
