Shetty has canned shots at Gateway of India and the Worli fort, as well as in some of the unexplored remote places to bring out the real character of the city.

"Rohit sir is very particular about the locations in his films and for Singham Returns since the story revolves in Mumbai he wanted to shoot at places which show the real Mumbai," a source said.

It will be interesting to see Mumbai from Shetty's viewpoint on the big screen.
