The rupee had recovered from one-month low to end with a modest gain of eight paise at 61.05 against the Greenback in Tuesday's trade on fresh dollar selling by exporters.

Meanwhile, the benchmark BSE Sensex rose by 127.37 points, or 0.48 percent, to 26,619.88 in early trade on Wednesday.
