How to make Stuff Paneer Recipe?
Step 1: Wash the tomatoes and cut them in slices.
Step 2: Cut the top of tomato like a cap. Gently scoop out the centers. Sprinkle salt into the scooped tomatoes. Keep aside the scooped portion and chop the cut tops.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and fry the jeera.
Step 4: Add onion and green chilli to it and fry till golden brown. Add turmeric powder.
Step 5: Add paneer and mix it carefully.
Step 6: After that add salt, chopped coriander, red chilli powder and garam masala in the pan. Then remove it from gas.
Step 7: Add the cooked stuffing inside the scooped tomato, cover it with the tomato slice and seal it with a toothpick.
Step 8: Heat the remaining oil in the pan and place the stuffed tomatoes in the oil. One tomato should be placed on top of the other. Keep the pan over medium heat.
Step 9: Take a little oil from the pan in a spoon and pour it on the tomatoes in the pan.
Step 10: Then cook the tomatoes over medium heat till they are soft.
Step 11: Garnish it with green coriander and garam masala and serve it with paranthas.
