Burritos are warm, soft flour tortillas filled with savoury ingredients like cheese, tomatoes and green onions. You can have this salivating dish as snacks in tiffin or have Burritos in your breakfast to start your day in a different way.
Ingredients for Burritos
1. 150 gms sliced tomatoes
2. Red chili powder according to taste
3. Garlic powder according to taste
4. 2 flour tortilla
5. 1 chopped Jalapeno (Mexican green chilli)
6. 1 chopped lettuce leaf
7. 90 gms grated cheddar cheese
8. 25 gms chopped onion
9. 50 gms cottage cheese
How to make Burritos?
Step 1: Grill cottage cheese, garlic powder, tomato and chilli powder altogether.
Step 2: Fyr them in a pan. Add cheese and stir until the cheese melts. If you cook it for long time, cheese will start to secrete oil. So, don’t cook it long. Do not add salt as cheese has enough salty flavour.
Step 3: Fill the cheese stuffing in tortilla and serve it with lettuce.
Note: Following the same process you can cook Chicken Burrito. Uses mince chicken to make Chicken Burrito. Cheese can be used as topping also.
