How to make Chocolate Banana Cake?
Step 1: Sieve the flour, cocoa powder and soda bi-carb together. In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, condensed milk, bananas and vanilla essence together.
Step 2: Gradually, add in the flour mixture and the cream and mix to make a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a 200 mm. (8") diameter greased cake tin.
Step 3: Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the cake comes out clean.
Step 4: SRemove from the oven and cool on wire rack.
