This is yet another wonderful crispy and healthy recipe made from porridge. Daliya or cracked wheat is simple yet an elegant snack from the kitchen of Gujarat. You can top it with chilli, coriander and peas for an exotic visual appearance. On a rainy day what else can be the best combination than a Crispy Daliya Cutlet and a cup of hot cappuccino.
How to make Crispy Daliya Cutlet?
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs and porridge. Make small ball from it.
Step 2: Roll the balls in porridge and bread crumbs mixture. Give cutlet shape from it. Fry it on a low flame for 2 minute.
Step 3: Press it in an absorbing sheet and serve it. So that excess oil goes out.
