Ingredients for  Fish In Spicy Coconut Cream:

2 tablespoon peanut oil

2 tablespoon garlic paste

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon turmeric powder

2 fresh red chilli

375 ml fish stock/water

20 gm galangal

1 stalk fresh lemongrass

2 tablespoon fish sauce

2 bunches spring onions

750gms Bekti / Singhara fish

1 teaspoon sugar

How to make Fish In Spicy Coconut Cream?

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic, ginger for 2 minutes

Step 2: Add fish stock or water, coconut cream, galangal slice, lemon grass pieces and bring it to a boil

Step 3: Add fish chunks, reduce the heat and simmer 8-10 minutes.Remove the galangal and lemon grass.

Step 4: Pour fish sauce and spring onion slices. Serve hot with plain rice
