Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic, ginger for 2 minutes
Step 2: Add fish stock or water, coconut cream, galangal slice, lemon grass pieces and bring it to a boil
Step 3: Add fish chunks, reduce the heat and simmer 8-10 minutes.Remove the galangal and lemon grass.
