How to cook Indian Cauliflower Curry? Step 1: In a blender or food processor, grind together the ginger, sesame seeds, peanuts, garlic, spices and water. Step 2: Sauté the onions in vegetable oil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Step 3: Add cauliflower and spices mixture and cover.
