Ingredients for Indian Cauliflower Curry recipe

1 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoon sesame seeds

3 tablespoon peanuts

3 cloves garlic (finely minced)

1 tablespoon cumin

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 onions, diced

1 cauliflower (finely chopped)

1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

How to cook Indian Cauliflower Curry?

Step 1: In a blender or food processor, grind together the ginger, sesame seeds, peanuts, garlic, spices and water.

Step 2: Sauté the onions in vegetable oil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3: Add cauliflower and spices mixture and cover. Allow to cook another 10-12 minutes, stirring intermittently until cauliflower is almost done. Add lemon juice and allow to cook for 3 more minutes. Enjoy!
