How to make Sabji Ki Tehri?
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and fry diced vegetables with onion, ghee, ginger, garlic paste, yellow chili powder, curd and half of the whole spices. Now keep it aside.
Step 2: Boil rice with rest of the whole spices and stir it well. Mix rice and vegetables together. Now put saffron and mint leaves on it and cook it with covering the lid.
Step 3: Simmer it again till rice gets well cooked. Take it out from the flame. Now you can serve it hot with raita or green chutney.
