Ingredients for Thai Papaya Salad Recipe
1. 100 gms raw papaya
2. 30 gms beans
3. 5 gms garlic
4. 5 gms green chillies
5. 10 gms cherry tomatoes
6. 10 gms carrots
7. 20 gms dry shrimps
8. 20 gms peanuts
9. 15 ml lemon juice
10. 15 ml fish sauce
11. 10 gms plum sugar
How to make Thai Papaya Salad Recipe?
Step 1: Grind the chillies and garlic and add dry shrimps to the grinded mixture and crush. Add sugar and grind the mixture again
Step 2: Now add the raw papaya while squeezing it
Step 3: Mix the tomatoes and peanuts and crush them nicely
Step 4: Mix everything in a bowl and add fish sauce, lemon juice and salt (according to taste) to the mixture
Step 5: Garnish with cabbage and beans and serve
