Khan launched the website - www.narendramodi.in – from his residence in suburban Bandra, with BJP leader Shaina NC.

"I share personal relation with Narendra Modiji, so we launched the website at my place, also I like Urdu language. I had given this suggestion of website to Narendra Modiji," Khan said.

"This is not BJP's strategy for Muslim voters," he said.

Khan has been writing articles in newspapers and magazines and that is how he and Modi became friends.

Salim Khan launches Modi's website in Urdu

Mumbai: Superstar Salman Khan's father and noted scriptwriter Salim Khan on Wednesday launched the Urdu version of BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's official website.

Khan launched the website - www.narendramodi.in – from his residence in suburban Bandra, with BJP leader Shaina NC.
