The phablet which is spotted on GFXbench results with the model number SM G7200 is speculated to be the successor of Grand series.

If the rumours turn out to be true the Grand 3 will be launched as an upgraded version of  its descendent Grand 2. The leaked data reveals that the device will come with a 720p resolution and a screen display of 5.5 inch, greater than that of Grand 2 which sports a 5.25 inch display.

Grand 3 will be powered by 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon clocked at 1.2GHz. The phablet will feature  Adreno 306 graphics, 1.5GB RAM and an onboard storage of 16 GB.

The phablet comes with significant upgradation in camera. The device will sport a 12 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front shooter, which is highly upgraded than the 8 MP rear camera and 1.9 MP front facing camera sported by Grand 2.

Grand 3 will reportedly run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat, and there is no information regarding Lollipop upgrade.

The device which is expected to launch by next month and hit the stores by January 2015, will cost between Rs 22,990 and Rs 24,990.
