The company made the move following a list of complaints from users after upgrading their phones. The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update was rolled our earlier this month.

Thought the upgrade seemed to cause problems for some users. User complaints included unresponsive lockscreen, erratic Wi-Fi connectivity and poor battery backup.

According to sources, the company is expected to come out with Android 4.3 update and users will be able to update their Galaxy Note II over the air. In fact, it has been learnt that a number of service centers in India have already received the latest update.

Once users upgrade to the 4.3 version, the Galaxy Note II will become compatible with the Galaxy Gear smartwatch and apart from that, other updates like improved text input, updated graphics and multimedia, Samsung KNOX (for selected countries), smart switch to transfer content to Galaxy devices from other smartphones, HomeSync feature, to allow sharing and storing content and other features will be available.
