New Delhi: Days after directing replacement of German with Sanskrit as third language, the government has said the students wanting to study this foreign language can still do so as an "additional" subject and has decided to continue with services of teachers hired for teaching it.

New Delhi: Bharti group chairman Sunil Mittal on Thursday said the telecom industry wants more spectrum and the government should make it available. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), on October 15, gave its recommendation on spectrum auction for premium 900 Mhz band and 1800 Mhz band that are presently being used for 2G GSM mobile services by Airtel, Vodafone, Idea Cellular and Reliance Communications.
