Mumbai: A special CBI court on Monday dropped charges against Gujarat Additional Director General of Police Geeta Johri in connection with Sohrabuddin Sheikh and Tulsiram Prajapati fake encounter cases, for want of mandatory sanction from Maharashtra government for her prosecution.
