Kolkata: Five national trade unions of world's largest coal miner, Coal India Ltd, have threatened to go on a ‘work to rule’ (slowdown) agitation from September 18th to 20th in support of their charter of demands that include returning to it the coal blocks awarded to mostly private firms - a decision declared illegal by the Apex Court.
