Ranchi/Srinagar: Around 61 percent balloting was reported from across the 15 constituencies that went to the polls in Jharkhand while in Jammu and Kashmir people turned up in numbers to exercise their franchise and over 50 percent turnout was recorded in 18 constituencies when balloting ended at 4 pm on Sunday.
