Patna: In the face of resounding defeat by the JD (U)-RJD-Congress combine in the recently held by-polls, the BJP’s Bihar unit seems to be toning up its political pitch. In a bid to avoid any hitch owing to rat-race for getting the top post, the BJP has decided to fight state assembly elections without declaring the name of candidate for Chief Minister on the line of Jharkhand formula that has been tossed by the party national president Amit Shah.
