New Delhi: Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers Nihalchand, who is under fire from opposition parties over rape allegation leveled against him, on Tuesday refused to answer questions in connection with the case. Nihalchand’s supporters also misbehaved with the crew members of a leading news channel and stopped its reporter from posing a question.
