New Delhi: The number of women in the country who are forced to defecate in the open due to lack of toilets at home is staggeringly high and most of them have to wait for the night time to relieve themselves, which eventually makes them more prone to sexual crimes like rape, molestation and eve-teasing. It is an observation which the government has accepted in the documents prepared for a conference on the topic of ‘cleanliness’ scheduled to take place on Monday.
