New Delhi: Top Secret Details of India’s Scorpene Submarines, which are an integral and vital part of India's defence set-up, have been leaked. An enormous volume of more than 22,000 pages, which carry the operating manual of the Scorpene submarine have been made available with excerpts released online by an Australian newspaper. The submarine is currently being built at the Mazgaon docks at Mumbai.
