New Delhi: The government on Thursday decided to liberalise foreign direct investment norms for NRIs and overseas citizens of India (OCI) as it aims to increase capital flows into the country. Beijing: Twenty-one people were missing after a nine-story building collapsed in southwest China following a landslide on Wednesday. The building in Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province, collapsed around 11:30 am. The city government said it had checked three-quarters of the 35 households and found at 21 of the 114 residents were missing.
