New Delhi: With Rahul Gandhi’s uproar in the Lok Sabha over the demand of a discussion on the recent spate in communal incidents in the nation still fresh in minds, the Lower House will hold a discussion on the Communal Violence Bill today. All eyes will be set on the Congress vice president and his course of action on the issue in the Parliament.
