New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday dismissed a PIL opposing the practice of forging post-poll alliances by political parties to gain power on the ground that electors were being kept in the dark about it at the time of casting their votes. "The petition is dismissed," a bench of Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw said.
