Speculations were rife that Badshaah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, will replace his bête noir Salman as host in the Bigg Boss season 7 but popular TV channel Colours has put a full stop on such rumours saying that they are still keen to retain B-town’s Dabangg Salman Khan as a host and dost for show.

After doing films together including No Entry, Salman Khan and Anil Kapoor are all set to make their first small screen appearance together in Bigg Boss. The episode featuring the two actors will go on air this weekend.

As ‘Dabangg star’ Salman Khan busy with his back-to-back film commitments this year, there is buzz that the seventh season of 'Bigg Boss' will be hosted by Shah Rukh Khan. Sallu has hosted the last three seasons of the Colors show -- with one season along with Sanjay Dutt. But with Sallu tied up throughout 2013, the makers are apparently shopping for a new host. Though there is nothing official about it, sources say that such a move would happen only if Sallu says no to them.

After his successful maiden production venture in Marathi film 'Balak Palak' (BP), buzz is that actor Riteish Deshmukh is going to produce and host Marathi version of popular reality show 'Bigg Boss'. "It is too premature to talk about Marathi 'Bigg Boss'. We will talk about it when anything concrete happens and when the time is right," Riteish said in an interview.

The stage is all set for Bigg Boss season 6’s last fight on Saturday but who will steal the show is the million dollar question coming to everyone’s mind.

Big Boss 6 is all set to hit the small screen from October 7, 2012 at a friendly timeslot of 9pm from Sunday to Monday.  Once again Dabang Khan who is the host of the show will be seen grabbing all the attention.

Imam Siddiqui, who was thrown out of Bigg Boss following a fight with other contestants, has re-entered the show on Friday after apologising for his erratic behaviour.

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who will be hosting Color's show 'Bigg Boss' for the third time now, says that he doesn't have any hand in selecting the contestants for the show.'I don't want to recommend anyone as I don't want to be partial or biased. I also get to know at the last minute,' he said at a press conference.
