New Delhi: In a bid to end the trend of open defecation, particularly in rural areas, 'Jagran Pehel', in association with 'Jagran Prakashan Ltd' and Bihar government, has set up state's first ever 'bio-digester community toilet' at Nathnagar block in Bhagalpur district.

Shimla: As many as 943 government primary schools in Himachal Pradesh have only one teacher each while 1,136 schools with less than 10 students have one to four teachers, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh informed the Assembly on Monday.
