New Delhi: With an aim to make 200 villages in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar open defecation free, Jagran Pehel, a division of Shri Puranchandra Gupta Smarak Trust and  RB (formerly known as Reckitt Benckiser) India along with the State governments of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, announced the launch of ‘Changing Behaviour: Creating Sanitation Change Leaders’.
