Reiterating his demand to set up a Central University in Motihari, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday shot up an another letter to the Union HRD Minister Kapil Sibal and urged him to shed bias against Motihari by saying, “Institutes of higher education should come up in areas far from urban life.”
