London: Dainik Jagran, one of India’s premier Hindi daily, has received International News Media Association (INMA) Global Media Awards which is being given for excellence in innovative initiatives to grow audience, revenue, and brand in media. The awards ceremony was a mega event which was held at London’s Victoria and Albert Museum on May 23.

After the completion for the auction now Vaishali metro station in Ghaziabad will be renamed as 'Dainik Jagran Vaishali' as Dainik Jagran has won the semi naming rights for the station.

The Bihar government on Thursday transferred 3054 policemen from the rank of inspector to the civil jamadar from one zone to another. All 3054 policemen in various ranks from inspector to the civil jamadars have been transferred to another zone after completing maximum of 10 years in service in a particular zone, Additional Director General of Police (ADG), Headquarters, Ravindra Kumar said.
