An FIR was lodged on Friday against a suspended constable posted at the Bhojpur police station here on charges of rape and sexual harassment, police said. The case was registered against constable Arun Sehgal at the Modinagar police station here on the complaint of a girl, who had accused him of maintaining a physical relationship with her on the pretence of marrying her.
