The Punjab Police have arrested two persons of Nepali origin who were trying to return to Nepal after allegedly killing their aide in Ludhiana.

Punjab Home Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal withdrew the Punjab Special Security Group Bill 2010 and Punjab Prevention of Damage to Public and Private Property Bill 2010 in the recently concluded Assembly session.
