New Delhi: At least two children and a 22-year-old man were killed and a police officer injured here due to Chinese 'manjha' (kite string), Delhi Police said on Tuesday. Sakshi Goyal, 3, died when a kite string slashed her throat as she was looking through the sunroof of her family's car in west Delhi's Rani Bagh area.
