New Delhi: Millions of people across India would have never expected Wednesday morning to bring with it such heavy rains and traffic jams. Stuck either on roads or in their houses, people are going through many kinds of difficulties and life has come to a standstill in cities like Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad. Interestingly, US Secretary of State John Kerry who is on a visit to Delhi also got stuck in traffic and joked about it to the IIT students during an interaction, asking if they reached the venue in boats.
