After a not-so-exciting opening on Friday, the counter-terrorism drama co-starring Katrina Kaif has managed to collect Rs 33.23 crore in its first weekend.

Mumbai: Buzz about the third instalment of the Munna Bhai series has been on for the last two years. Director Rajkumar Hirani has even gone on record stating that the film will go on floors once Sanjay Dutt, the lead actor of the franchise, completes his prison term as the scripting process is underway. But writer-director Subhash Kapoor, who was roped in to develop the story of Munna Bhai's third instalment, has a different version to offer.
