New Delhi: In a major blow to BCCI, the Bombay High Court yesterday ordered that 13 IPL matches scheduled after April 30 be shifted outside Maharashtra. This ruling comes in the wake of the acute water crisis in the state which forced more than 3000 farmers to end their lives in the year 2015.
