Chennai: A day after Election Commission announced by-poll for the RK Nagar Assembly constituency from where Chief Minister and AIADMK supremo Jayalalithaa is likely to contest, DMK chief Karunanidhi on Wednesday said his party has decided not to contest the by-poll.
