New Delhi: A case of corruption that allegedly involves people linked to Minister of State for External Affairs General (retired) V K Singh, has been registered against unknown officials of Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and a private firm for alleged irregularities in supplying high-altitude tents to a covert unit of the intelligence agency.
