The cash-strapped Gwalior development Authority (GDA) has got a support from an unexpected quarter in its function here on Tuesday. The help came from Madhya Pradesh BJP president Prabhat Jha who announced to spare Rs 25 lakh from his MP fund for the construction of roads in residential areas here.
