New Delhi: Delhi Law Minister Kapil Mishra today urged Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to order an FIR against former chief minister Sheila Dikshit and others in connection with an alleged scam in hiring water tankers which caused a loss of Rs 400 crore to the state exchequer.

Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa today announced that a memorial will be built here honouring legendary actor late Sivaji Ganesan.  Making a suo moto statement in the assembly, she said on September 26, 2002, she had ordered conveyance of 65 cents of land owned by Public Works Department in Adyar to South Indian Film Artists Association for constructing a memorial for Sivaji Ganesan following requests.
