Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday came out in support of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over Gamlin issue saying how could a state government discharge its responsibilities when it was not allowed to have a say in appointment of a Chief Secretary. "The Delhi government is elected by the people to whom government is responsible and accountable to," Kumar told reporters here.
