New Delhi: In a recent shocker to the residents of National Capital, tomato prices have increased sharply to Rs 70-80 per kg as supplies have dropped due to rains in northern parts. Mother Dairy's Safal outlets are selling tomato at Rs 55 per kg and onion is available at Rs 29 per kg, whereas local vendors are charging Rs 70-80 per kg for tomato and selling onion at Rs 40 per kg.
