Colombo: Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa on Saturday told two visiting BJP leaders that he deliberately refrained from wishing Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday because he did not want to disturb the Premier with Chinese President Xi Jinping visiting Gujarat.
