New Delhi: Remaining unfazed over the failure of its Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) membership bid, India became the 35th Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) member and is now among the countries who have attained the right for production and sale of deadly weapons enlisted in MTCR Annex. Indian authorties has been kept in position accountable for questioning if any MTCR norms are violated during sale and production of these weapons.
