New Delhi: According to sources, former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has been indicted for "acting contrary to law" while granting land licences to some companies, in the report submitted by Justice Dhingra Commission. The Dhingra Commission examined 250 licences which were issued by the Hooda government, including one for land in Gurgaon to a company owned by Robert Vadra. Meanwhile, Hooda maintained that no undue favours were given to anyone.
