Melbourne: Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni might feel that umpiring in the ongoing Test series needs to improve but Australian off-spinner Nathan Lyon on Monday said officials have done a good job and a couple of bad decisions should not provoke on-field altercations. Chandigarh: Cold weather conditions continued to prevail at most places in Punjab and Haryana on Monday, where fog threw normal life out of gear. Karnal in Haryana was the coldest place in the state recording a minimum temperature of 3.6 degrees Celsius, four notches below normal.
