New Delhi: ISRO's low-cost Mars mission that is in a rendezvous with Mars for an extended period has entered the 'blackout' phase snapping communication with the satellite. Mangalyaan has been named among the best inventions of 2014 by Time magazine which described it as a technological feat that will allow India to flex its 'interplanetary muscles'. India is able to launch MOM successfully in the first go at low cost.
