New Delhi: The return of five fishermen to Tamil Nadu from the clutches of death in Sri Lanka has added another feather in six-month old NDA Government foreign policy's cap and also strengthened India's position as the de facto head of South Asian region. Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa commuted the death sentence awarded to five Indian fishermen after Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a telephonic conversation with him last week on the issue.
