New Delhi: After its humiliating defeat in civic body polls, Congress today reconstituted its Madhya Pradesh unit appointing 18 Vice Presidents, 40 general secretaries and 83 secretaries besides accommodating all senior leaders as permanent invitees in its executive committee.
