Tehran: The parties present in the ongoing nuclear talks between Iran and the six world powers have not reached any agreement on the new proposal of the West as a step to resolve the nuclear issue of the Islamic republic, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham was quoted as saying by media on Tuesday.

Tokyo: Buildings in Tokyo shook on Tuesday as a strong quake hit Japan, reports said, but there was no immediate risk of a tsunami and no damage was reported.
