The troubles for the Union Law Minister Salman Khurshid are far from over as the Congress manifesto has countered his promise of providing 9 percent quota in government jobs to minorities in Uttar Pradesh. Khurshid is facing the wrath of the Election Commission for violation of model code of conduct by luring Muslims in name of minority quota ahead of the assembly polls in the state.
